Description

PRETEXTO gives continuity to the research on Text Theory developed in the context of CLUNL (sub-project GeTOC, as part of DISTEX project, 2003-2006) and of Post-Graduation courses on that specific area, also in FCSH.
The research project relies on different theoretical resources related with the actual linguistic studies on texts and discourses. At the same time, the relation with theoretical proposals assumed by Programma (the other sub-project inside the Grammar & Text group) is taken as essential for the development of the research. Besides, the research focuses on the Socio-Discursive Interactionism (SDI) approach as the privileged epistemological framework. The team wants to go on deepening open issues inside this framework and contributing to develop its work program, in Portuguese context.
